Montaging Pushkin deals for the 1st time a coherent view of Pushkin's legacy to Russian twentieth-century poetry, giving many new insights. Pushkin is proven to be a Russian forerunner of Baudelaire. in addition it's argued that the increase of the Russian and eu novel principally replaced the methods Russian poets have checked out themselves and at poetic language; that novelisation of poetry is detectable within the significant works of poetry that engaged in an inventive discussion with Pushkin, and that polyphonic lyric has been accomplished.

33 The first two weeks for me just were very simple and then in the past two days it feels sort of like a bombardment of new material. My mind is raging a struggle trying to understand it all, and I find that it gets very lazy; it doesn't want to face it all. •. •. a problem, and you are unable to understand it at all. What we've been discussing so far is extremely simple and primary-kindergarten level-- and I think there should be some sense of celebration, so to speak, some kind of joy. We have two types of celebrations in the seminary: one is the constant sitting and facing oneself and watching the others and so forth, but it's slightly monotonous.
The special approach of the Kagyu tradition teaching to the shi g or the shamatha practice, is that in awareness of body, it is suggested that deliberately holding back on one's body is unnecessary. In fact there was a big controversy in Tibet on that particular technique. The Kagyupas were equated with the pig -- th~t they just meditated like a pig; they just sit and breathe. You're supposed to explore the inside of your body, the rising and falling of the abdomen and so forth; that is regarded as the intellectual approach to meditation.
I don't think we have to take it all that seriously. But nevertheless that stuffiness of the self- sturdy feeling of being in the body is reinforcing more than what we are. So the idea of mixing mind and breathing and mixing mind and space is highly recommended in the Kagyu tradition, particularly. Also it seems that that particular approach of watching one's body is an extremely elementary level. If people have no span of concentration at all -- they ,can only hold themselves one minute -- then it has been highly recommended to work on the body, because breathing, purely breath:lng alone, would create a way of drifting one's span of concentration away from you.
